BOARD RATES:

Basic Board - $800 (A minimum of 3 Lessons or training rides per month is required of each border and will be charged at the regular lesson/ride rates;  this is in addition to Basic Board)
Training Board -$1,500
Premium Training Board -$1,775
Transient Rate:  $35 per night, with prior approval of Barn Management only.

You will not be charged for a scheduled lesson when 24 hours or more notice is given.  Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the regular lesson rate.

Holding for Farrier $10 and up, depending on time involved

Medications and related supplies (unless they are your own) will billed monthly.  If you provide your own medications, a per-dosage fee will be added for administering non-oral medications.

**There is a $150 minimum Training/Coaching fee (per day) if the trainer travels to a horse show for a single participant in major horse shows.

 Tack Rooms, Feed Rooms, Show Supplies, Golf Carts, Trainer and Groom Hotels, Trainer and Groom Meals, and other expenses incurred will be divided equally between show participants.  Hay, shavings and ticketed schooling rounds will be part of your show bill, to be paid directly to the show venue.

TRAILERING/TRANSPORTATION:

Trailering to Shows (Round Trip):

To PGEC:  $50 per load ($25 per horse for split load) round trip
All other Trailering:  $1.25 per mile
*Summerfield Farm does not loan or rent its trailers.

Trainer Mileage to Shows (Round Trip) (Private Vehicle (Non-Truck/Horse Trailer)):  $.54 per mile (to be divided amongst show participants)

Trailer-In for Use of Summerfield Facilities (must be pre-approved by Summerfield Management)  $20/horse

USE OF SUMMERFIELD FACILITIES:  Trailer-In for Use of Summerfield Facilities (must be pre-approved by Management)  $20/horse per use Monthly Fee (Twice Weekly Use) $150/month/horse

 LATE FEES: Invoices are due upon receipt on the 1st of the month.  Invoices that are not paid by the 11th of the month are subject to a $25 late fee, to be added to the following month’s invoice.  Invoices that are still not paid by the 21st of the month, are subject to an additional $25 late fee.  Customers with outstanding unpaid invoices on the last day of the month will have all non-essential services (lessons, show participation, etc.) suspended until the invoice is paid in full.

SALE AND LEASE COMMISSIONS:

Summerfield clients will be charged a 15% commission for all purchases, leases, and sales brokered by a Summerfield agent.Type your paragraph here.
